The shop floor, the market, online. One account behind all of it.

Payment processing for clothing boutiques, gift shops and independent retailers — a countertop terminal, a mobile reader for weekend markets and your online checkout, all settling into one deposit and one statement.

Where boutiques get squeezed

You sell in three places. Most processors price you as if you sell in one

A shop counter, a pop-up stall and a website are three different risk profiles to a processor — which is how independent retailers end up with three accounts, three statements and three sets of fees.

Separate accounts for each channel

In-store, market and online should not mean three merchant accounts. One account across all of them means one deposit, one statement and one rate to check.

Seasonal swings trigger penalties

A quiet February should not cost you a minimum-volume fee, and a huge December should not trigger a reserve you were never warned about.

Markets need real hardware

A reader that depends on shop wifi is useless at a craft fair. Cellular-capable mobile terminals with real battery life are not a luxury here.

Long contracts on short leases

Three-year terms with early-termination fees are a bad fit for a business whose lease and product mix change faster than that.

What we set up

Everything an independent shop actually needs, and nothing it doesn't

The counter, the road and the web store — configured once, reported together.

Countertop terminal

A compact EMV and contactless terminal sized for a small counter, with receipts by print, email or text.

Mobile reader for markets

Cellular-capable hardware for pop-ups, craft fairs and trunk shows, running on the same account as the shop.

Online checkout

A PCI-compliant gateway that connects to the platform you already sell on, so web orders land in the same deposit as counter sales.

Gift cards & store credit

Branded gift cards and store credit for returns, tracked on one system instead of a notebook under the register.

Deposits & special orders

Take money down on a special order or alteration and capture the balance at pickup on the same authorization.

Installment options

Offer buy-now-pay-later on higher-priced pieces so a $400 coat is not a decision the customer postpones.

Next-business-day funding

Yesterday's sales available today, which matters when you are paying a maker or restocking a fast seller.

Month-to-month terms

No multi-year lock-in and no early-termination penalty. If we stop earning the business you should be able to leave.

Why boutiques switch

A payments partner, not a help-desk ticket

Approvals in hours

A short application with minimal paperwork. Most accounts are reviewed and approved the same day, so a new shop or a first market weekend is not held up.

Transparent pricing

Interchange-plus with a fixed markup, no padded monthly line items, and a statement small enough to actually read.

A dedicated rep

A named account manager who picks up the phone — worth more to a two-person shop than any dashboard feature.

Common questions

What shop owners ask us first

Can I use one account for the shop, markets and my website?

Yes, and that is the setup we recommend. One merchant account across all three channels means a single deposit, one statement and one effective rate to evaluate — instead of trying to compare three providers against each other every month.

Will it work with my online store platform?

In most cases, yes. We connect through a gateway the common small-business ecommerce platforms already support. Tell us what you sell on and we will confirm the integration path before you sign.

What happens in a slow month?

Nothing. We do not set monthly minimums that penalise a quiet season. If a provider is charging you one today, it will show up in the statement review — it is one of the more common things we find on boutique accounts.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Terms are month-to-month with no early-termination fee. If you have equipment on a separate lease from a previous provider, be careful — those leases are often non-cancellable and independent of the processing agreement. Send us the paperwork and we will read it with you.
